The farm “Monte Oliveto” was founded in 1800 by great-great-grandfather Carlo Rossi.

1835
Carlo's son, the famous Raimondo Rossi, began running not only the winery but also a grocery and tobacco store in the historic center of Calmasino.
Growth of the Company
1900
Raimondo Aristide, the grandson of the progenitor, helped run the farm, making it increasingly prosperous.
Improvement of vine cultivation
1970
Caesar and family have slowly expanded the farm, acquiring land and improving the cultivation of the old pergola vine, replacing it with Guyot.
